THERAPY

Forest Trees

Life can be challenging, whether you're going through a big life change or you're struggling in your relationship or with your family. Maybe you feel alone and don't feel like anyone really understands you but you feel ready for a change. Or you are incredibly hard on yourself and don't know how to deal with the critical voices. You want to live a more satisfying life and you want to feel confident in who you are and find ways to connect better with others. Therapy is a great place to start that journey.

I offer individual, couples and family therapy. My work is mostly influenced by Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic Psychotherapy and Somatic Therapy, which means I like to meet my clients where they are and see what is alive in the present moment. I am interested in the whole person and often let my curiosity guide me. I like therapy to be active, engaged and experiential. That means sometimes we'll do traditional talk therapy, exploring your thoughts and feelings and sometimes I might suggest paying attention to what you notice in your body, or explore your unconscious through your dreams, or be curious about different parts of yourself to help you understand yourself better. I believe this leads to greater self-awareness and healing, which increases choice and ultimately helps you feel more grounded in your authentic self. My hope is through our work together that you will feel more fulfilled, inspired and alive.
