COVID-19 EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
COVID-19 has changed our lives drastically and many of us are struggling to adjust to life at home. We are isolated from friends, family, co-workers, and the outside world, in general. This period may present challenges from parenting struggles, partner conflict, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, social isolation, and all of the emotions around privilege, racial equality, Black Lives Matter and much more. It is important to take care of our emotional and mental health through this pandemic and movement.
During this time of quarantine, I am offering "emotional support sessions." These are not traditional therapy sessions, more drop-in emotional support to talk and share in a safe and confidential space.
Sessions will be over Zoom for 50 minutes at a reduced fee of $120 with 50% going to National Domestic Violence Hotline, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Color of Change, or your choice! Sliding scale is available for those that need it.
If you or someone you know needs support, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you or someone you know wants to harm themselves or someone else, please call your local crisis center or call 911.
